Medeama SC shower praises on Goldfields, tells how they brokered the deal with the miners

Tarkwa based club, Medeama Sporting Club this week announced a mouthwatering $300,000 sponsorship deal from Goldfields Ghana limited ahead of the upcoming 2020/21 season.
The Board Chairman of the club, Dr. Toni Aubynn has explained the specifics in the sponsorship deal and what it is meant for. He explained that the $300,000 sponsorship deal is to cater for the salaries of Players, The Technical Team as well as to Accommodation and Logistics for the club.
He claims that, because there is the need for accountability, Medeama SC has stated details of the contract and what the money is meant for. 

“For accountability purposes, the reason behind the $300,000 sponsorship deal Goldfields Tarkwa Darmang was specifically stated so that there will be no doubts within”.

The mining company announced the mouthwatering $300,000 deal with the Tarkwa based club at an event held in Accra on Tuesday.
Dr. Toni Aubynn signed on behalf of the club while the Executive Vice President and Head of Goldfields in West Africa, Mr. Alfred Baku also signed on behalf of the mining Company.

The Board Chairman of the Tarkwa based club explained that, it is the club who initiated the deal and it was warmly welcomed by Goldfields Tarkwa Darmang in a grand style.

“The Board of Medeama SC initiated the sponsorship deal and it was welcomed by Goldfields Tarkwa Darmang”.

Dr. Toni Aubynn showered praises on Goldfields Ghana for their support to the football industry in the country, especially on Medeama SC and the Senior National Team (Black Stars). Goldfields Ghana has been sponsoring Medeama SC for the past ten (10) years”.
