The Extreme Judicial Reverence has created a Monster-Judicial State.

Ivan Kyei Innocent writes……

The Extreme Judicial Reverence accorded judges has created a monster judicial state and must be reviewed now or we risk building cowards society where ruthless men in horse-wig will have a constitutional justification to be extra vicious and continue to use laws to terrorise their haters to satisfy the whims and the conveniences of their hired political masters

“The aura of God like figure created around judges is a sham and has no relevant justification in modern libertarian societies…. It is a trivial concept that has to be revisted especially under this tyrannical regime under President Akuffo Addo’s supervision. It’s no more a convenient concept to uphold, our modern jurisprudence has become a summary of legal absurdity tainted with contempt, tyranny and partisan conveniences.

It is time to interrogate these unquestionable and absolute authority pushed to prominence by our system to the extent that people cannot publicly express their misgivings over rulings by a court with the fear of being cited for contempt . We must begin to subject judges just like anyone else to their deeds and stewardship especially at this time that common sense, wisdom, logic and reasoning are sacrificed for Deep State Partisan loyalties and allegiance.

A judge is no God, all are fallible characters just like anyone else. The God-like reverence is absolute nonsense belonging to the past , the reasons Librals across the world are seeking this veil of extreme reverence which many judges hide behind to executive evil , vindictiveness, biases and judicial absurdities .

This concept of extreme judicial reverence in Ghana has indeed created extreme judicial arrogance and terror with complex impunity ..we must switch it off. I’m no cynic
