International relations expert, Dr. Valdimir Antwi Danso has advised the media to be circumspect in their reportage on the demolishing of a building at the Nigerian High Commission.
Speaking in relation to the issue of armed men who stormed the Nigerian High Commissioner’s residence in Accra with bulldozers to demolish a building on the property on Friday night has advised journalists not to escalate the issue.
Dr. Antwi Danso, in an interview on Ahotor FM with evening show host Emmanuel Martey aka Alaska the Don on “Asem Yi Di Ka” noted that the recent happening should be handled diplomatically.
According to him the issue should be left to the diplomats to handle since it is a diplomatic issue and commended government for not being entangled in the issue.
Meanwhile government has assured the Nigerian government that the state will rebuild the demolished building.
