NDC donates PPE’S to Begoro District Hospital.

A delegation led by the National Chairman of the NDC, Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and the National Youth Organiser of the party, George Opare Addo donated PPE’S to the Begoro District Hospital on behalf of both party and the Flagbearer.

Items include over 500 pair of gloves, face mask , boots,goggles, sanitizers, boxes of soap, Veronica Buckets, bins etc. Presenting the items to the administrator of the hospital, Hon Ofosu Ampofo reiterated the need to observe all social distancing protocols including the wearing of face mask.

According to him, Ghana’s recent spike in the number of confirmed cases summarises how government has failed to put in proper measures to mitigate the ravaging impacts COVID19 is leaving in its wake.

He also indicated that the NDC as part of its social and corporate responsibility to the people of Ghana will not relent its efforts in ensuring the safety of Ghana , the reason the party has committed resources to help deal with the novel virus since its outbreak.

Hon Ofosu Ampofo who is also a former MP for the area seized the opportunity to visit some of patients at the ward and gave out token to some to take care of themselves as they continue to receive treatment.

Hon. Opare Addo and his national Chairman together with the Eastern Regional Organiser of the party met with the constituency executives. National Chairman counseled the executives to bury their differences and work together towards achieving victory for the party in the upcoming elections.

They also paid a courtesy call on the chiefs of the area.
