Rocky Dawuni explains his collabos on his album

Ghana’s only Grammy nominee, Rocky Dawuni has explained why he featured Stonebwoy, Sarkodie and Wiyaala on his album, “Beats of Zion.”

The international superstar in an interview with ace presenter Nana Akwesi Asiedu aka Okyerefuor on Ahotor Kwanso said, “In deciding the philosophy of the album after the Grammy nomination, I felt I needed to look back home in Ghana and get Ghanaian artists because there was lot of pressure on what to do next. So instead of going for artists from outside, I decided to feature my own people because it was a post Grammy thing to also showcase them.”

He added that one thing that pushed him to get Ghanaian artists on his album is that as a Ghanaian he had showcase the amazing talents we have in our country.
