In a national address last night, the President Nana Akuffo Addo suspended all social gathering in a bid to reduce coronavirus infection after the lifting of 3 weeks partial lockdown.
The country’s cases stands at 1,550 with 154 recoveries and 11deaths.
,as a means of reducing it the President call for some protocol,but some have be adamant to the protocol.
In an interview with Ahotor 92.3 fm news,Mr Adama Korankye (Attitude Change Person with The Ministry of sanitation and water resources ) said it is mandatory for the general public, be it at the market places , offices ,malls to wear nose mask compulsorily, and that the Greater Accra Regional Minister has issued specific directives that without wearing the nose mask, one is not allowed to enter any public transport, market places,and other places
He urged, the media to continue to inform and educate the general public as well, as urged institution like Assemblies , Environmental health officer’s to immediately trigger and enforce the campaign of wearing of nose masks.
He added that specific institution should spread message further and come with some bit of enforcement to stand as a way of encouraging and shaping the attitude of people in the use of nose masks.
