The former Deputy National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) Coordinator, Joseph Yammin has vowed to expose the lies and propaganda of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa AkufoAddo for abandoned former President Dramani Mahama administration projects.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Flagbearer hopeful John Dramani during his recent campaign tour in the Northern Region accused the government of neglecting majority of his projects in the region.
According to the former President, the Eastern Corridor road project has been stalled, for which reason yam farmers could not transport their produce to southern markets.
He also mentioned projects like Community Day Senior High Schools which have been also abandoned by the government.
The governing New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Northern Regional Communications Directorate dismissed former President John Dramani Mahama’s claims that the government has abandoned several projects initiated by the previous NDC administration in the region.
Joseph Yammin in an interview with MyNewsGh.com urged NPP government to desist from propaganda and lies.
According to him, pictures and evidence are clear that NPP government has abandoned former president Mahama projects.
Citing some of the abandoned projects, Joseph Yammin mentioned Sewua government hospital, Kumawu government hospital, Fumso community day school and many more.
“The NPP government led by President Nana Addo came to power just to cause financial lost to the state by neglecting good projects initiated by former president Mahama administration. I will expose the government very soon because the government is saying it hasn’t abandon former president Mahama projects. I will come out with pictures and evidence very soon to expose government lies and propaganda” he said.
He added that the President who promised to protect the national purse is now causing financial loss to the state by abandoning state projects because they are initiated by former president Mahama.
