Investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas deceptively released fake photos of himself to provide the smokescreen of the real pictures released by Kennedy Agyapong.
Hours after the outspoken New Patriotic Party (NPP) financier warned he was on the verge of releasing pictures of Anas, the masked journalist quickly released a fake chat on Whatsapp claiming to be that of , Kennedy Agyapong, to try to douse the impact.
This led to the to editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako rubbishing the pictures but Agyapong persisted and released it on his television station.
Agyapong released two pictures showing the REAL ANAS as well as his accomplices Ahmed Divela to rubbish the claims of Kweku Baako.
Friends of Anas and those who know him have confirmed that that’s the real identity of Anas.
Mr. Agyapong who has been threatening to release the image behind the mask Wednesday morning carried out his threat when he released two pictures of the journalist on his television station.
The pictures which has been widely circulated on social media has generated huge debate with many questioning his motive for doing that.
