The Office of the President has received cash contributions, medical supplies, food, and essential humanitarian goods from various corporate organisations and institutions to support victims of the devastating 29 June 2026 flood disaster.
The torrential rains and subsequent flooding severely impacted several parts of the country, particularly the capital, Accra.
A wave of corporate philanthropy has poured into the Presidency to support ongoing post-flood mitigation and relief efforts by the Government. Senior government officials, including Deputy Chief of Staff (Administration), Nana Oye Bampoe Addo; Legal Advisor to the President, Marietta Brew; and Presidential Adviser and Special Aide, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, received the items on behalf of the state.
