As football fever grips the nation ahead of the World Cup, Member of Parliament for John Dumelo has thrilled residents of Ayawaso West with a series of exciting initiatives aimed at bringing fans together to support the Black Stars.
In a social media post, the actor-turned-politician announced that he has fully paid for DStv subscriptions at various television viewing centers across the constituency, ensuring football lovers can enjoy every moment of the global tournament without interruption.
To make the experience even more memorable, Dumelo revealed that giant screens will be mounted at several key locations, including Abelemkpe Astro Turf Park, Okponglo, Mempasem, Airport Residential Area, West Legon, and Dzorwulu.
The giant screens will provide free public viewing opportunities for residents, especially during Ghana’s matches.
But the excitement doesn’t end there.
In a move that has earned praise from many football fans, Dumelo disclosed that he has partnered with 13 kenkey vendors across the constituency to provide free meals of kenkey and fish to supporters who gather to watch Ghana’s games.
