Information reaching ahotoronline.com indicates that a Police Officer by name, Cpl Danso Animon on duty at the Gomoa Abotsia lost his life on Friday through a gory accident. The deceased and three others were responsible for Gomoa Abotsia Snap Check Point.
A benz cargo Truck with registration number, GT 6675-C loaded with Copra from Nzema area drove recklessly and run over the metal barricade.
The deceased Officer who was then checking vehicles from Accra towards Mankessim was run over and died after being dragged on the road for about 40 metres.
