Jack pot game is a danger to education – Mr. Boadi William.
The CEO of Educate Ghana Summit, Boadi William has expressed his grievances on Jack Pot games which are now found in every corner of this nation.
He said that Jack Pot games are threatening the progress of education in Ghana now. Simply because school children do spend much of their precious time at Jack Pot game centers which means their homework and assignments are not attended to.
The CEO said the rate at which children visit those game centers, is the same rate at which they develop bad attitudes like stealing, smoking, fighting, drinking etc since most of those places are drinking spots.
He encouraged parents, unit committee members and chiefs not to give school children any room to roam about just like that after school hours. This would prevent them from visiting bad places like that and rather supervise them to do their homework after house chores.
