The two who were on a motorbike died on the spot during a head-on collision with a Hyundai Sonata at Ayiborme along the Kpong to Akosombo Highway.
Four other passengers on board the Hyundai Sonata were seriously injured after their car run into a ditch.
According to reports, the motorbike was overtaking when it crashed head-on with Hyundai Sonata.
The other victims were sent to the VRA Hospital for medical treatment.
