The National Road Safety Commission (NRSC) has cautioned motorists using the Koforidua-Mamfe road.
They alerted that portions of the highway, immediately after a sharp curve from Koforidua has developed deep pot holes, rendering one lane of the road unusable.
According to the Eastern Regional Director of the NRSC, Kwasi Tsibu Yirenkyi, who spoke in an interview in Koforidua alerted users of the road,to exercise extreme caution when using the road.
Meanwhile, an official from the Ghana Highway Authority in the region has said they have directed a contractor to the scene to seal the disturbing hole.
