The increasing number of fire incidents across the country, affecting markets, schools, and homes, is devastating. Citizens must learn basic fire prevention techniques to help reduce these incidents in the first quarter of 2025. Former Member of Parliament for Madina, Hon. Bukari Amadu Sorogho, emphasized this during a panel discussion on Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show Ahotor FM 92.3, hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu in Accra.
The panel discussion featured diverse views on President John Dramani Mahama’s leadership and his nominations for government positions. Sorogho praised the President for his balanced approach in selecting nominees from all sixteen regions, demonstrating his control over the country’s affairs.
Dr. Jehu-Appiah highlighted the need to focus on the tourism sector, which has suffered from infrastructure deficits, hindering its growth and potential to boost the country’s GDP. As a medical doctor, he supported the nominee for the Ministry of Health, stating that the nominee is qualified and deserves the position. He urged professionals to support the nominee to develop the health sector, despite its challenges.
Nana Osei Piesie-Anto, a socio-political analyst, commended the President’s vision and dedication to developing the country. He believes the President’s leadership will instill discipline and humility, contributing to national growth.
