Everton have sacked Sean Dyke following a difficult season

Everton have sacked the manager Sean Dyche, decision far long made in December after new American owners The Friedkin Group (TFG) to over.

Everton’s  new owners the Friedkin Group have taken a risk in their bid for Premier League survival by sacking Sean Dyche after five games with just one goal just hours before FA Cup game on Thursday night.

Dyche, assisted in the taking over process last year but failed to impress in the ongoing season picking just three wins from nineteen matches occupying 16th on the table with just a point above relegation bound Ipswich who have picked fourteen points thur far.

The former Burnley manager Dyche replaced Frank Lampard as Everton manager in January 2023 and saving them from relegation on the last day of the season.

It’s reported that former Chelsea, Manchester United and now Fernabache’s Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho is in the mixed to take charge of the “Toffees”.
