Road crash statistics recorded in 2025 have revealed a worrying trend, with rising fatalities heightening concerns about road safety and the enforcement of traffic regulations.Ghana travel guide
According to the National Road Safety Commission, about 14,743 road crashes were recorded nationwide in 2025, of which 2,949 were fatal.
The report further indicated that in December 2025 alone, 1,423 crashes were recorded, resulting in 276 deaths.
