Widely considered the greatest striker ever in the history of the sport, Ronaldo has transitioned seamlessly into football administration since retiring in 2011. The two-time Ballon d’Or winner has shown his administrative acumen through his previous ownership of Cruzeiro in Brazil’s Série A.

I have hundreds of motivations, but the biggest is to return to Brazilian football with respect on a global level. What happens most often on the street is that people stop me and ask me to come back and play, because the situation of the national team is not the best right now.

Currently the president of La liga’s Valladolid, the management he could undertake could reconnect the national team with the fans -something that would also be influenced by his massive stature.

The presidency is currently occupied by Ednaldo Rodrigues.
