Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew recorded a milestone in Leicester City’s 2‐1 loss to Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Chelsea opened the scoring through striker Nicolas Jackson in the 15th minute. Argentine Midfielder Enzo Fernandez made it two with a header after recess in the 75th minute to capp off a one sided game.
The home side were awarded a penalty in injury time (95″), Jordan Ayew converted from the spot but it was too late for the home side to push for an equaliser.
The strike increased his premier league goal tally to 40, the most by a Ghanaian in the competition.
