John Mahama: NPP’s Eight Years Was God’s Lesson for Ghanaians – (AUDIO)

National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, has described the past eight years under the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as a lesson orchestrated by God to show Ghanaians the consequences of poor leadership.

John Mahama expressed that this period was intended for the country to see firsthand why the NPP is not the best choice for Ghana’s future.

During a speech in the Bia East Constituency, as part of his Western North Regional tour, Mr. Mahama likened the current situation to the biblical story of Joseph and Pharaoh, where God used difficult times to guide His people.

John Mahama urged Ghanaians to view the hardships of recent years as a lesson not to repeat past mistakes in the 2024 election.

The former president expressed his confidence that the NDC is the party equipped to steer the country in the right direction.

He warned voters not to be misled by the promises of the NPP, which he claims have led to significant hardships for citizens.

Comparing conditions under his previous administration to those under the current government, Mr. Mahama emphasized that things were better during his tenure.

He urged Ghanaians to give the NDC the chance to continue developing the nation, picking up where they left off in 2016.
