Nana Kweku Osardu III, the Chief of Bawjiase, has declared that a “wind of change” is sweeping through Ghana, predicting a victory for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming December 7th elections.
According to him, all signs point to a shift in leadership, favoring the NDC.
During NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama’s visit to Bawjiase in the Awutu Senya East constituency as part of his #Mahama4Change2024 tour, Nana Osardu III took the opportunity to remind John Mahama not to overlook the needs of Bawjiase.
He highlighted two pressing concerns: the poor state of local roads and the urgent need for youth employment programs in the area among other things.
In response, John Mahama assured the chief that his administration would prioritize development for Bawjiase and its surrounding communities.
He promised that his 24-Hour Economy Policy proposal would play a key role in creating jobs and tackling unemployment for the region’s youth.
Confident in the NDC’s chances in the December election,John Mahama pledged to work tirelessly for Ghana’s progress, focusing solely on the country’s development.
