Head coach of Heart of Lions Bashir Hayford believes consecutive wins in the Ghana premier league will lead to a surge in fans support.
Heart of Lions secured a hard fought 1-0 win over Asante Kotok at the Obuaso Len Clay Sports Stadium. Kwadwo Obeng Jnr’s strike in the 24th minute facilitated two consecutive wins on the bounce for the away side.
Speaking during post match, Bashir Hayford insist with the club winning the fans will be at their best.
“Sometimes they always become irritated when the boys don’t score. I think now they will support the team very well. The dynamics is going to change with the supporters”
Heart of Lions lie 7th with 14 points after 9 matches. They are up against Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.
