Jordan Ayew salvaged a crucial point against Ipswich Town on Saturday in the Premier league.
After a goalless first half, the home side took the lead in the 55th minute through Leif Davis.
Determined to equalise, Leicester City pressed forward and gained a numerical advantage when Kalvin Phillips was shown a second yellow card and sent off in the 77th minute.
Ayew, who was subbed on in the 86th minute and made a significant impact, receiving a pass from Jamie Vardy during injury time. He struck home the equaliser in the 90+4 minute, ensuring that Leicester City walked away with a vital point.
This goal is Ayew’s second in the Premier League for Leicester since joining earlier in the season. Meanwhile, his compatriot Fatawu Issahaku, who was initially a doubt for the match, played the full 90 minutes.
The draw leaves Ipswich Town still searching for their first win of the season, while Leicester City remains in 15th place on the Premier League table with 10 points after 10 matches.
