The draw for the third edition of the annual football event exclusively organized by Ahotor FM for teams in the Tema Area has been done on Thursday evening in the studios of Ahotor FM.
This year’s event will feature eight teams who were represented by their respective reps at the draw night.
The draw was coordinated by AhotorSports regular panelist Thomas Ofosu aka Prof.

AC Milan (Nungua) v On God (Lashibi)
Living Rich FC(Klagon) v Young Icons (Tema)
Vivian Farms (Lashibi) v Schweppes FC(Sakumuno Estate)
Marathon FC(Spintex) v Sons of God (Tema)
How will the Draw for the next round be determined?
The draw for the next round for the qualified teams will be done after the first round of games.
Rules to the game
- There is only 30 minutes allowed for the regulation time with 15 minutes for each halves in the first round.
- Time allocation for the second round will be determined by the competition committee after the first round of games
- It’s a knock out format-championship
- Late appearance by teams will be automatically disqualified
- All FIFA rules concerning bookings apply.
The eventual finalist from the eight teams will face a strong Ahotor FM select side, who are automatic finalist without kicking a ball.
What’s the prize award?
All participating teams will be given sets of footballs and sets of jerseys.
The event will be kick-off by The Municipal Chief Executive for Tema West , Hon. Edem Atipo Miahemaa at 9:00am at the Sakumonu Astro Turf on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
