We have the men” Prez. Akuffo Addo are these the men? – Ologo

A known NDC stalwart and a Parliamentary hopeful in the party at the Yilo Krobo constituency of the eastern region Mr. Michael Ologo has ridiculed and downplayed assertions by President Akufo Addo and the NPP which suggest that, “they the NPP have the men to bring the needed change and transformation that Ghanaians deserved under the regime of the Akufo Addo- Bawumia Presidency”. A position which the party has held on for sometime now.

Hon. Ologo made this known to the media whilst reacting to a communiqué released by the director of communications at the jubilee house, Mr. Eugene Arhin revealing the limited reshuffling exercise in regards to the reassigned of substantive and deputy ministers’ of state by the President within the week.

He bemoaned and described President Akufo Addo’s administration as comical and flat, and one which has not been experienced before anywhere in Ghana and across the subregions.

hat, if the New Patriotic Party and the He stressed more so that the Akufo Addo- led government claimed to have the men as they would want Ghanaians to appreciate then the right thing need to be done. He also took a swipe at the reshuffling exercise by President Nana Addo and queried why he decided to swap some perceived corrupt ministers and non performing ones who ought to have been showed the exit but are still lingering on as ministers and deputies respectively. He further indicated that the act exhibits a clear manifestation of inept and unprecedented incompetent within the structures of governance in the country.

Mr. Ologo chastised the Akufo Addo – Dr. Bawumia government for paying lip service to the avalanche of promises they signed and made with Ghanaians which has not seen the light of day.

He remarked and reminisced the mantra and campaign slogan by the NPP in 2016 which suggested that Ghanaians would witnessed a lean government if they are given the nod to rule but upon the assumption of office President Nana and his henchmen ballooned the size of government to astronomical feet.

Hon. Michael Ologo cautioned the President to uphold the tenets of the constitution by adhering to the rules of engagement and the Pillars of multiparty democracy, left behind by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

He again buttressed calls by the President to appoint competent persons in key and strategic sectors of the country, and desist from committing naked blunders and amateur procedural deficiencies in government which have become evident within the past 19 months and still counting.

Meanwhile, the NDC bigwig and Parliamentary hopeful chided President Nana Addo on the occasion of non performing ministers who have been reassigned to take up new roles and duties by the President gives a vivid meaning that the government clearly lacks the right calibre of men and personnel’s to execute their campaign mandate of providing social amenities and buoyant economy for all and sundry.
