HOT AUDIO: Akufo-Addo is a liar – Hannah Bisiw

The former Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture and the former Member of Parliament for Tano South in the Brong Ahafo Region, Dr. Hannah Louisa Bisiw has stated that the president, Nana Akufo-Addo has not been truthful to the citizens of the country with regards to the implementations of plans and projects as stated in the NPP 2016 manifesto.

“I can state again and again that the president is a liar, simply because in August 2017 he stated in his speech that by the end of November -December 2017 his government would have completed about fifty one of the factories promised by each district in the one-district one factory initiative. We are in May 2018 and are not seeing a single project from this initiative by the government”.

“The first lie the president told the people in the Brong Ahafo Region is the payment of the DKM debts own some people in and outside the region, this was stated in their manifesto and nothing has been done till date”

“People are still in pain because payment has not been done and this is a big lie to the people of the country” she stated.

Hannah Bisiw also stated that the NPP moved around the country with a manifesto that spelt exactly what they will do when they gain power and it was based on this that the people of the country voted for them but unfortunately nothing is being done on their promises made.

Speaking on Ahotor FM’s morning show on Tuesday 8th May 2018 with Onantefour Addae Mununkum, Hanna Bisiw further stated that the current government misled the people through their promises into power and it is so obvious for all to see.  The former Agric minister also stated that she is a beneficiary of free school policy in Cuba and will be the last person to condemn such a policy.

She again stated that such a flagship program should be systematically and progressively implemented in other to forestall any problem that might be devil the project.  Hannah Bisiw stated that she foresee a possible problem affecting the smooth running of the program as the year moves on.

“I believe projects initiated by past governments must be progressive. Projects achieved by the current government especially the free SHS is not anything new, unfortunately the current government is failing to address the possible problems that may bedevil the project”

“The National Democratic Congress tackled all aspects of our educational sector from the basic level to the university level. We were not only concerned about the students and the infrastructure but also the well being of teachers”

“I can state emphatically that the NPP government has not added a block to the infrastructure deficit in the educational sector. I am a farmer and I live in the rural part of the country and we still find it so difficult to bring our produce from the hinterland to the market centers. Nothing new is been done” she emphasized.
