This is not the case of Gospel musician Patience Nyarko.
Known for her solid and energetic stage performance, Patience who hails from Assin Foso in the Central Region had a dream of marrying a Pastor as a child but has no desire for her childhood dream anymore.
“It was a dream to marry a Pastor as a child but I’ve realized being a Pastor’s wife(commonly called Osofo maame) is a call not a wish”
“Pastors are Rich and powerful people and many women wish to have such fortunes as wives,Its not ceremonial but a mandate to help him succeed as a man of God spiritually and physically so certain qualities are required & Am not qualified.
Asked if she will say yes to a pastor sent to her by God, “I wouldn’t have a choice” she replied.
