Ahotor FM’s Mmabunu Mmre and the Ghana Mathematics Society Rewards Patrons with ilearn Tablets.

On Saturday 25th February, 2017, the Ghana Mathematics Society and Ahotor FM’s Mmabunu Mmre rewarded loyal listeners with beautiful tablets which cost several Ghana Cedis.

The tablets which performs all the  regular functions any modern tablet can do has the additional function as a learning aid as it has specially been molded to integrate all the learning materials of the Ghanaian student. It is called ilearn tablet.

It can be recalled that on 11th February, 2017,the Ghana Mathematics Society were hosted on Mmabunu Mmre as a buildup to the Ghana Mathematics day celebration on 14th February 2017, under the theme ‘ Love Mathematics,  love Ghana ‘ held at the Dominion University College.  The program which answered questions on how to make mathematics an enjoyable subject and most especially it’s relevance to every day life,  saw listeners who correctly answered questions handsomely rewarded. Asempapa Etornam and Abubakar Sadiq were among the proud winners.

The presentations were done live on air with show host Akyena Brantuo.

The winners who were obviously very shocked to receive such an expensive gift openly thanked the management of the Ahotor Fm and the Ghana Mathematics Society. They also encouraged all listeners to be part of Mmabunu Mmre since it is very educative and has the youth at heart.

It must be on record that since its inception on 4th February 2017, Mmabunu Mmre has been an A rated youth program and has since gathered several following across the country. It’s topic on ‘teenage pregnancy and it’s effect’ has since started a national debate on the appropriateness of condom use for teenagers who cannot control their libido. It comes your way this and every Saturday at 12:00pm.
