Agbogbloshie Onion sellers Association angry over Hajia Fati’s Comment

Angry onion sellers at the Agbogbloshie Market have expressed their anger over the comment made by New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) stalwart Hajia Fati.

Speaking on Ahotor FM’s Morning show with Onantefour Addea Mununkum on Wednesday 9th May, some of the angry sellers described Hajia Fati’s statement explaining that she thought Adom FM’s female journalist whom she assaulted was an “onion seller” rather than a reporter as unfortunate and despicable

This according to them is an insult to their profession and all market women in the country.

“We are so sad that we have been described as people who do not matter in our society, are we not human or don’t we matter in our society. We feel so bad about this issue and we charge Hajia Fati and NPP to come out and apologize to use for what she said”

“We are eligible voters and we also do matter in the society”, the association’s spokes person stated.
